The hotel offered easy access to Baltimore attractions like the Inner Harbor and the National Aquarium, which was perfect for our family trip. Having a place to stay while exploring such fun spots made our visit smooth with a baby in tow.
My kids wished the pool had more consistent hours and was better staffed for families. Cleanliness in common areas could also use some attention.

The front desk was surprisingly nice, but don’t let that fool ya. My heart sank when I found roaches and mice in the room, true horror. It's as if they put no effort in cleaning!
It wasn’t cheap for what we faced, trust me.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting us three times to find a quieter room. They were genuinely kind, making us feel welcomed during our two-night visit.
The noise from adjacent rooms made it difficult to relax.

I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was accommodating, and I appreciated the nearby food and shopping options. The management engaged with guests in a nice way, which felt welcoming. The location provided easy access to attractions. I felt at home during my stay. My partner and I enjoy country music, and it was a nice treat to find some local entertainment nearby while exploring the area.
There were a few issues with cleanliness that affected my comfort. The room had some maintenance issues like a persistent smell, and the furnishings seemed a bit worn. I had hoped for better conditions upon arrival, especially after a long road trip.

We stayed for a night and found one room had great water pressure in the shower, but the whole place felt outdated and dirty. The pictures online did not match our experience at all. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

dreadful
The room was in terrible condition. It had a moldy odor, stains on the sheets, and dirty carpets. The bathroom door barely closed and there was water damage on the ceiling. Very limited storage and the TV didn't work without help. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and was hard to get around with a wheelchair.
